ہم سے مخلد بن خالد نے بیان کیا، ہم سے عبدالرزاق نے بیان کیا، انہیں معمر نے، زہری کی سند سے، سلیم کی سند سے, عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ

حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ أُخْبِرَ بِقَوْلِعَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، إِنَّ الْحِجْرَ بَعْضُهُ مِنْ الْبَيْتِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّ عَائِشَةَ إِنْ كَانَتْ سَمِعَتْ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَتْرُكِ اسْتِلَامَهُمَا إِلَّا أَنَّهُمَا لَيْسَا عَلَى قَوَاعِدِ الْبَيْتِ، وَلَا طَافَ النَّاسُ وَرَاءَ الْحِجْرِ إِلَّا لِذَلِكَ .
English Translation
He was informed about the statement of Aishah رضی اللہ عنہا that a part of al-Hijr is included in the magnitude of the Kabah. Ibn Umar رضی اللہ عنہما said: By Allah, I think that she must have heard it from the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم. I think that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم had not given up touching both of them but for the reason that they were not on the foundation of the House (the Kabah), nor did the people circumambulate (the House) beyond al-Hijr for this reason.
Urdu Translation
انہیں ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کا یہ قول معلوم ہوا کہ حطیم کا ایک حصہ بیت اللہ میں شامل ہے، تو ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا: اللہ کی قسم! میرا گمان ہے کہ ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے اسے ضرور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ہو گا، میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان ( رکن عراقی اور رکن شامی ) کا استلام بھی اسی لیے چھوڑا ہو گا کہ یہ بیت اللہ کی اصلی بنیادوں پر نہ تھے اور اسی وجہ سے لوگ (حطیم) حجر کےباہر سے اسی بنا پر طواف کرتے تھے۔

Aqra Ibn Habis رضی اللہ عنہ asked the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم saying: Messenger of Allah hajj is to be performed annually or only once? He replied: Only once, and if anyone performs it more often, he performs a supererogatory act. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Abu Sinan is Abu Sinan al-Du'wail. The same has been reported by both Abd al-Jalil bin Humaid and Sulaiman bin Kathir from al-Zuhri. The narrator 'Uqail reported the name Sinan .
Narrated Abu Waqid al-Laythi رضی اللہ عنہ :
حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ ابْنٍ لِأَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لِأَزْوَاجِهِ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ: هَذِهِ ثُمَّ ظُهُورَ الْحُصْرِ.
I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم saying to his wives during the Farewell Pilgrimage: This (is the pilgrimage for you); afterwards stick to the surface of the mats (i.e. should stay at home).
Abu Huraira رضی اللہ عنہ reported:
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ تُسَافِرُ مَسِيرَةَ لَيْلَةٍ إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا رَجُلٌ ذُو حُرْمَةٍ مِنْهَا .
The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: A muslim woman must not make a journey of a night unless she is accompanied by a man who is within the prohibited degrees.
Abu Hurairah رضی اللہ عنہ reported:
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، وَالنُّفَيْلِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ. ح وحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ الْحَسَنُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ثُمَّ اتَّفَقُوا، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً ، فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ وَ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، رَوَاهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، وَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، كَمَا قَالَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ.
The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: A woman who believes in Allah and the last Day must not make a journey of a day and a night. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect (as above). The narrator al-Nufaili said: Malik narrated us. Abu Dawud said: The narrators al-Nufail and al_Qanabi did not mention the words “from his father”. Ibn Wahb and Uthman bin Umr narrated from Malik the same words as narrated by al-Qanabi (i.e. omitted the words “from his father”).
