Narrated by Aishah رضی اللہ عنہا reported:
ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، ہم سے یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، الحکم کی سند سے، ابراہیم کی سند سے، اسود سے,ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يَنَامَ، تَوَضَّأَ تَعْنِي وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ .
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب کھانے یا سونے کا ارادہ کرتے اور آپ حالت جنابت میں ہوتے، تو وضو کر لیتے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
When the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم wanted to eat or sleep, he would perform ablution. She meant that (the prophet did so) when he was sexually defiled.
