ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، ہم سے عیسیٰ بن یونس نے بیان کیا، ہم سے ہشام بن حسن نے بیان کیا، وہ محمد بن سیرین کی سند سے, ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ ذَرَعَهُ قَيْءٌ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قَضَاءٌ، وَإِنِ اسْتَقَاءَ فَلْيَقْضِ ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: رَوَاهُ أَيْضًا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، مِثْلَهُ.
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جس کو قے ہو جائے اور وہ روزے سے ہو تو اس پر قضاء نہیں، ہاں اگر اس نے قصداً قے کی تو قضاء کرے ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اسے حفص بن غیاث نے بھی ہشام سے اسی کے مثل روایت کیا ہے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: if one has a sudden attack of vomiting while one is fasting, no atonement is required of him, but if he vomits intentionally he must make atonement.
