ہم سے عبدالملک بن شعیب نے بیان کیا، ہم سے عبداللہ بن وہب نے بیان کیا، انہیں لیث نے خبر دی،ربیعہ سے روایت ہے کہ
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى عَلَى الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ وُضُوءًا عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ، إِلَّا أَنْ يُصِيبَهَا حَدَثٌ غَيْرُ الدَّمِ، فَتَوَضَّأُ ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: هَذَا قَوْلُ مَالِكٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَنَسٍ.
English Translation
Umm Habibah daughter of Jahsh had a prolonged flow of blood. The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم commander her to refrain (from prayer) during her menstrual period; then she should wash and pray. If she sees anything (which renders ablution void) she should perform ablution and pray. Abu Dawud said: This is the view held by Malik bin Anas.
Urdu Translation
وہ مستحاضہ کے لیے ہر نماز کے وقت وضو ضروری نہیں سمجھتے تھے سوائے اس کے کہ اسے خون کے علاوہ کوئی اور حدث لاحق ہو تو وہ وضو کرے گی۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہی مالک بن انس کا قول ہے۔

Narrated Mughirah ibn Shubah:
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا ذَهَبَ الْمَذْهَبَ أَبْعَدَ .
When the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم went (outside) to relieve himself, he went to a far-off place.
Another tradition on the authority of Anas has:
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي السَّدُوسِيَّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ هُوَ ابْنُ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ، وَقَالَ شُعْبَةُ: وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ، وقَالَ وُهَيْبٌ: عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، فَلْيَتَعَوَّذْ بِاللهِ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee. Shubah said: Anas sometimes reported the words: I take refuge in Allah.
Narrated Zayd Ibn Arqam:
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْحُشُوشَ مُحْتَضَرَةٌ، فَإِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمُ الْخَلَاءَ، فَلْيَقُلْ: أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ.
The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: These privies are frequented by the jinns and devils. So when anyone amongst you goes there, he should say: I seek refuge in Allah from male and female devils.
Narrated Abu Hurairah رضی اللہ عنہ :
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنَّمَا أَنَا لَكُمْ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْوَالِدِ، أُعَلِّمُكُمْ، فَإِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمُ الْغَائِطَ، فَلا يَسْتَقْبِلِ الْقِبْلَةَ وَلا يَسْتَدْبِرْهَا وَلَا يَسْتَطِبْ بِيَمِينِهِ، وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُ بِثَلَاثَةِ أَحْجَارٍ وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الرَّوْثِ وَالرِّمَّةِ.
The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: I am like father to you. When any of you goes to privy, he should not face or turn his back towards the qiblah. He should not cleanse with his right hand. He (the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) also commanded the Muslims to use three stones and forbade them to use dung or decayed bone.
