ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد النفیلی نے بیان کیا، ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن محمد نے بیان کیا، مجھ سے عمرو بن ابی عمرو نے بیان کیا، عکرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے, عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ أَتَى بَهِيمَةً فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوهَا مَعَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قُلْتُ لَهُ:‏‏‏‏ مَا شَأْنُ الْبَهِيمَةِ ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا أُرَاهُ قَالَ ذَلِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِلَّا أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ أَنْ يُؤْكَلَ لَحْمُهَا وَقَدْ عُمِلَ بِهَا ذَلِكَ الْعَمَلُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ هَذَا بِالْقَوِيِّ.

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جو کسی جانور سے جماع کرے اسے قتل کر دو، اور اس کے ساتھ اس جانور کو بھی قتل کر دو ۔ عکرمہ کہتے ہیں: میں نے ابن عباس سے پوچھا: اس چوپایہ کا کیا جرم ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: میں یہ سمجھتا ہوں کہ آپ نے یہ صرف اس وجہ سے فرمایا کہ ایسے جانور کے گوشت کھانے کو آپ نے برا جانا۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث قوی نہیں ہے۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If anyone has sexual intercourse with an animal, kill him and kill it along with him. I (Ikrimah) said: I asked him (Ibn Abbas): What offence can be attributed to the animal/ He replied: I think he (the Prophet) disapproved of its flesh being eaten when such a thing had been done to it. Abu Dawud said: This is not a strong tradition.
