Narrated by Narrated Abdullah bin Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما:
ہم سے محمد بن یحییٰ بن فارس نے بیان کیا، ہم سے موسیٰ بن ہارون البردی نے بیان کیا، ہم سے ہشام بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، ان سے القاسم بن فیاض الابنوی نے، وہ خلاد بن عبدالرحمٰن کی سند سے، وہ ابن المسیب کی سند سے, عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَارِسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ الْبُرْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ فَيَّاضٍ الْأَبْنَاوِيِّ، عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنّ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ لَيْثٍ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَقَرَّ أَنَّهُ زَنَى بِامْرَأَةٍ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ،فَجَلَدَهُ مِائَةً وَكَانَ بِكْرًا ثُمَّ سَأَلَهُ الْبَيِّنَةَ عَلَى الْمَرْأَة، فَقَالَتْ: كَذَبَ وَاللَّهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَجَلَدَهُ حَدَّ الْفِرْيَةِ ثَمَانِينَ .
Urdu Translation
قبیلہ بکر بن لیث کے ایک شخص نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر چار بار اقرار کیا کہ اس نے ایک عورت سے زنا کیا ہے تو آپ نے اسے سو کوڑے لگائے، وہ کنوارا تھا، پھر اس سے عورت کے خلاف گواہی طلب کی تو عورت نے کہا :قسم اللہ کی وہ جھوٹا ہے، اللہ کے رسول! تو اس پر آپ نے بہتان کے بھی اسی ( ۸۰ ) کوڑے لگائے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
A man of Bakr bin Layth came to the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم and made confession four times that he had committed fornication with a woman, so he had a hundred lashes administered to him. The man had not been married. He then asked him to produce proof against the woman, and she said: I swear by Allah, Messenger of Allah, that he has lied. Then he was given the punishment of eighty lashes of falsehood.
