ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، ہم سے یحییٰ نے، سفیان سے، علقمہ بن مرثد سے، سلیمان بن بریدہ سے، اپنے والد سے

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ لَعِبَ بِالنَّرْدَشِيرِ فَكَأَنَّمَا غَمَسَ يَدَهُ فِي لَحْمِ خِنْزِيرٍ وَدَمِهِ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جس نے نردشیر ( چوسر ) کھیلا گویا اس نے اپنا ہاتھ سور کے گوشت اور خون میں ڈبو دیا۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: If anyone plays backgammon, he sinks his hand in the flesh of swine and its blood.
