ہم سے احمد بن محمد المروزی نے بیان کیا: مجھ سے علی بن حسین نے اپنے والد سے، یزید النحوی سے، عکرمہ کی سند سے,عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ النَّحْوِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: وَالشُّعَرَاءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ الْغَاوُونَ [سورة الشعراء آية 224]، فَنَسَخَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَاسْتَثْنَى، فَقَالَ: إِلا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا [سورة الشعراء آية 227] .
Urdu Translation
آیت کریمہ والشعراء يتبعهم الغاوون شاعروں کی پیروی وہ کرتے ہیں جو بھٹکے ہوئے ہوں ( الشعراء :۲۲۴ ) میں سے وہ لوگ مخصوص و مستثنیٰ ہیں جن کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے إلا الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات وذكروا الله كثيرا سوائے ان کے جو ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کئے اور بکثرت اللہ تعالیٰ کا ذکر کیا ( الشعراء: ۲۲۷ ) میں بیان کیا ہے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The verse “And the poets it is those straying in evil who follow them. He (Allah) then abrogated it and made an exception saying: Except those who believe and work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah.
