Narrated by zurah bin Abdur-Rahman said:

ہم سے نصر بن علی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابو احمد نے بیان کیا، وہ علاء بن صالح کی سند سے, زرعہ بن عبدالرحمٰن کہتے ہیں

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْر، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ صَفُّ الْقَدَمَيْنِ وَوَضْعُ الْيَدِ عَلَى الْيَدِ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

میں نے ابن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے سنا :دونوں قدموں کو برابر رکھنا، اور ہاتھ پر ہاتھ رکھنا سنت ہے۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

I heard Ibn al-Zubair رضی اللہ عنہ say: Setting the feet right and placing one hand on the other is a sunnah.
