ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: حَرَّمَ كُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق.
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہر کچلی دانت والے درندے کو حرام قرار دیا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں :۱- یہ حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- صحابہ کرام اور دیگر لوگوں میں سے اکثر اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، عبداللہ بن مبارک، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی یہی قول ہے ۱؎۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited every predator that possesses canine teeth.
