ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَكْثَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ لَتَأْخُذُ لِلْقَوْمِ ، يَعْنِي: تُجِيرُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَفِي الْبَاب، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، وَسَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدًا، فَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَكَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ قَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، وَالْوَلِيدُ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ سَمِعَ مِنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَهُوَ مُقَارِبُ الْحَدِيثِ.
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :مسلمان عورت کسی کو پناہ دے سکتی ہے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے، ۲- میں نے محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری سے پوچھا تو انہوں نے کہا: یہ حدیث صحیح ہے، ۳- کثیر بن زید نے ولید بن رباح سے سنا ہے اور ولید بن رباح نے ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے سنا ہے اور وہ مقارب الحدیث ہیں، ۴- اس باب میں ام ہانی رضی الله عنہا سے بھی روایت ہے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
Narrated Abu Hurairah: That the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Indeed a woman grants (assurances of protection) to a people - meaning it is to be honored - from the Muslims. There is something on this topic from Umm Hani, and this Hadith is Hasan Gharib. I asked Muhammad and he said: This Hadith is Sahih. Kathir bin Ziad heard from Al-Walid bin Rabah, and Al-Walid bin Rabah heard from Abu Hurairah, and he is Muqarib (average) in Hadith.
