Narrated by It was narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d رضی اللہ عنہ that:
ہم سے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابراہیم الدمشقی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابن ابی فدیک نے بیان کیا، مجھ سے ہشام بن سعد نے ابوحازم کی سند سے بیان کیا,سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ بَابًا، يُقَالُ لَهُ: الرَّيَّانُ يُدْعَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، يُقَالُ: أَيْنَ الصَّائِمُونَ؟ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنَ الصَّائِمِينَ دَخَلَهُ، وَمَنْ دَخَلَهُ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ أَبَدًا .
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جنت میں ایک دروازہ ہے جسے ریان کہا جاتا ہے، قیامت کے دن پکارا جائے گا، کہا جائے گا روزہ دار کہاں ہیں؟ تو جو روزہ داروں میں سے ہو گا وہ اس دروازے سے داخل ہو گا اور جو اس میں داخل ہو گا وہ کبھی پیاسا نہ ہو گا ۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “In Paradise there is a gate called Rayyan. On the Day of Resurrection the call will go out saying: ‘Where are those who used to fast?’ Whoever is among those who used to fast will enter it, and whoever enters it will never thirst again.”
