Narrated by Ibn Tawus narrated from his father that Ibn 'Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما said:
ہم سے عباس بن عبد العظیم العنبری نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالرزاق نے بیان کیا، انہیں معمر نے، ابن طاؤس کی سند سے، اپنے والد سے, عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ

حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: مَا قَوْلُهُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، قَالَ: لَا يَكُونُ سِمْسَارًا.
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے شہری کو دیہاتی کا مال بیچنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ طاؤس کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے کہا :آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قول: حاضر لباد کا کیا مفہوم ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: بستی والا باہر والے کا دلال نہ بنے.
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade a city-dweller to sell for a Bedouin. (Sahih)I (Tawus) said to Ibn 'Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما : What is meant by the words: 'A city-dweller selling for a Bedouin?' He said: He should not be a broker for him.
