ہم سے ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے معاذ بن منصور نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن جعفر کی سند سے، وہ عثمان بن محمد سے اور مقبری کی سند سے, ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ الْمَقْبُريِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ .
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جو شخص لوگوں کا قاضی ( فیصلہ کرنے والا ) بنایا گیا تو وہ بغیر چھری کے ذبح کر دیا گیا ۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Whoever is appointed judge between the people, he has been slaughtered without a knife.”
