ہم سے ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، وہ شبیب بن غرقدہ کی سند سے, عروہ بارقی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ الْبَارِقِيِّ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَعْطَاهُ دِينَارًا يَشْتَرِي لَهُ شَاةً فَاشْتَرَى لَهُ شَاتَيْنِ فَبَاعَ إِحْدَاهُمَا بِدِينَارٍ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِدِينَارٍ وَشَاةٍ فَدَعَا لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْبَرَكَةِ. قَالَ: فَكَانَ لَوِ اشْتَرَى التُّرَابَ لَرَبِحَ فِيهِ.
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کو ایک بکری خریدنے کے لیے ایک دینار دیا تو اس سے انہوں نے دو بکریاں خریدیں، پھر ایک بکری کو ایک دینار میں بیچ دیا، اور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس ایک دینار اور ایک بکری لے کر حاضر ہوئے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے لیے برکت کی دعا فرمائی، راوی کہتے ہیں :( اس دعا کی برکت سے ) ان ( عروۃ ) کا حال یہ ہو گیا کہ اگر وہ مٹی بھی خرید لیتے تو اس میں نفع کماتے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Prophet (ﷺ) gave him a Dinar to buy him a sheep, and he bought two sheep for him, then he sold one of them for a Dinar, and bought a Dinar and a sheep to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed for blessing for him.
