ہم سے ہشام بن عمار نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے سعد بن سعید مقبوری نے اپنے بھائی سے اور اپنے والد سے, ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَخِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا كَثَرٍ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلیاللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :پھل اور کھجور کا گابھا چرانے سے ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees.”
