Narrated by It was narrated that Abu Dharr رضی اللہ عنہ said:

ہم سے علی بن محمد نے بیان کیا، ہم سے ابو معاویہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے الاعمش نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابراہیم تیمی نے اپنے والد سے, ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَتِ الْمُتْعَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ لِأَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏خَاصَّةً .

حج تمتع اصحاب محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے خاص تھا۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

“Tamattu’ in Hajj was for the Companions of Muhammad (ﷺ) specifically.”
