Narrated by It was narrated that 'Ali رضی اللہ عنہ said:

ہم سے ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہشیم نے بیان کیا، وہ یزید بن ابی زیاد کی سند سے، انہوں نے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی لیلیٰ کی سند سے, علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمَذْيِ؟، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِي الْمَنِيِّ الْغُسْلُ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مذی کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا، تو آپ نے فرمایا :اس میں وضو ہے، اور منی میں غسل ہے ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Messenger of Allah was asked about prostatic fluid and he said: 'For that ablution (is necessary), and for semen, bath is necessary.'
