Narrated by It was narrated that Abu Ayyub رضی اللہ عنہ said:

ہم سے محمد بن صباح نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے عمرو بن دینار کی سند سے، ابن السائب نے عبدالرحمٰن بن سعاد کی سند سے , ابوایوب انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ السَّائِبِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سُعَادَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :پانی ( غسل ) پانی ( منی نکلنے ) سے ہے۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Messenger of Allah said: 'Water (of bath) is for water (of seminal discharge).'
