ہم سے حسن بن محمد بن الصباح نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یزید بن ہارون نے بیان کیا، ہمیں العلاء ابو محمد نے خبر دی، کہا:انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنْبَأَنَا الْعَلَاءُ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا رَفَعْتَ رَأْسَكَ مِنَ السُّجُودِ فَلَا تُقْعِ كَمَا يُقْعِي الْكَلْبُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ضَعْ أَلْيَتَيْكَ بَيْنَ قَدَمَيْكَ وَأَلْزِقْ ظَاهِرَ قَدَمَيْكَ بِالْأَرْضِ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

مجھ سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جب تم سجدہ سے اپنا سر اٹھاؤ تو کتے کی طرح نہ بیٹھو، بلکہ اپنی سرین اپنے دونوں قدموں کے درمیان رکھو، اور اپنے قدموں کے اوپری حصہ کو زمین سے ملا دو ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

“The Prophet (ﷺ) said to me: ‘When you raise your head from prostration, do not squat like a dog. Put your buttocks between your feet and let the tops of your feet touch the ground.”
