Narrated by Maimunah رضی اللہ عنہا , the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ), said:

ہم سے ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عباد بن العوام نے شیبانی کی سند سے بیان کیا, عبداللہ بن شداد رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھ سے ام المؤمنین میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَتْنِيمَيْمُونَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا بِحِذَائِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرُبَّمَا أَصَابَنِي ثَوْبُهُ إِذَا سَجَدَ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھتے تھے اور میں آپ کے سامنے لیٹی ہوتی تھی، اور بسا اوقات جب آپ سجدہ فرماتے تو آپ کا کپڑا مجھ سے چھو جاتا۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

“The Prophet (ﷺ) used to perform prayer when I was opposite to him, and his garment would sometimes touch me when he prostrated.”
