Arabic Text
وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَأَنْ يُؤَدِّبَ الرَّجُلُ وَلَدَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِصَاعٍ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ وَنَاصِحٌ الرَّاوِي لَيْسَ عِنْدَ أصحابِ الحَدِيث بِالْقَوِيّ
Urdu Translation
جابر بن سمرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا :’’ آدمی کا اپنے بچے کی اچھی تربیت کرنا اس کے لیے ایک صاع صدقہ کرنے سے بہتر ہے ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، اور انہوں نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث غریب ہے ، اور ناصح راوی اصحاب الحدیث کے ہاں قوی نہیں ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
