ہم سے سعید بن عفیر نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ سے ابن وہب نے بیان کیا ، ان سے یونس نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا ، اور ان سے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏(‏إِنَّ قَدْرَ حَوْضِي كَمَا بَيْنَ أَيْلَةَ وَصَنْعَاءَ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ، وَإِنَّ فِيهِ مِنَ الأَبَارِيقِ كَعَدَدِ نُجُومِ السَّمَاءِ‏)‏‏.‏

Urdu Translation

اردو

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا میرے حوض کی لمبائی اتنی ہو گی جتنی ایلہ اوریمن اور شہر صنعاء کے درمیان کی لمبائی ہے ۔ اور وہاں اتنی بڑی تعداد میں پیالے ہوں گے جتنی آسمان کے ستاروں کی تعداد ہے ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The width of my Lake-Fount is equal to the distance between Aila (a town in Sham) and Sana' (the capital of Yemen) and it has as many (numerous) jugs as the number of stars of the sky."
