Narrated by Narrated Abu Huraira رضی اللہ عنہ :

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی ‘ انہیں ابوالزناد نے ‘ انہیں اعرج نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ تَكَفَّلَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ جَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ، لاَ يُخْرِجُهُ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ إِلاَّ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ، وَتَصْدِيقُ كَلِمَتِهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ، أَوْ يَرُدَّهُ إِلَى مَسْكَنِهِ بِمَا نَالَ مِنْ أَجْرٍ أَوْ غَنِيمَةٍ ‏"‏‏.‏

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس نے اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کیا اور اپنے گھر سے صرف اس غرض سے نکلا کہ خالص اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کرے اور اس کے کلمہ توحید کی تصدیق کرے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی ضمانت لے لیتا ہے کہ اسے جنت میں داخل کرے گا یا پھر ثواب اور غنیمت کے ساتھ اس کے گھر واپس کرے گا ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah guarantees (the person who carries out Jihad in His Cause and nothing compelled him to go out but Jihad in His Cause and the belief in His Word) that He will either admit him into Paradise (Martyrdom) or return him with reward or booty he has earned to his residence from where he went out."
