ہم سے محمد بن المثنی اور ابن بشار نے بیان کیا، کہامحمد بن جعفر نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے حکم سے حدیث بیان کی کہ
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ أَنَّ مَطَرَ بْنَ نَاجِيَةَ لَمَّا ظَهَرَ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ، أَمَرَ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ أَنَّ يُصَلِّيَ بِالنَّاسِ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ.
Urdu Translation
جب مطر بن ناجیہ کوفہ پر قابض ہو گیا تو اس نے ابو عبیدہ کو حکم دیا کہ وہ لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائیں ... اور ( پوری ) حدیث بیان کی ۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
When Matar bin Najiya dominated Kufa he ordered Abu Ubaida to lead people in prayer, and the rest of the hadith is the same.
