Narrated by Abu Tufail رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ reported:

ہم سے محمد بن المثنیٰ نے بیان کیا، ہم سے سلیمان بن داؤد نے بیان کیا، ہم سے معروف بن خربود نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے سنا, ابو طفیل رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں

النص العربي

وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْرُوفُ بْنُ خَرَّبُوذَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الطُّفَيْلِ، يَقُولُ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ، وَيَسْتَلِمُ الرُّكْنَ بِمِحْجَنٍ مَعَهُ وَيُقَبِّلُ الْمِحْجَنَ».

Urdu Translation

اردو

میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا ، آپ بیت اللہ کاطواف فرمارہے تھے ، آپ اپنی مڑے ہوئے سرے والی چھڑی سے حجر اسود کا استلام کرتے تھے اوراس چھڑی کو بوسہ دیتے تھے ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

I saw Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌) circumambulating the House. and touching the corner with a stick that he had with him, and then kissing the stick.
