Narrated by Anas رضی اللہ عنہ reported:

ہم سے یحییٰ بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا, وکیع نے شعبہ سے ، انھوں نے قتادہ سے انھوں نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی : کہا

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ أَقْرَنَيْنِ قَالَ وَرَأَيْتُهُ يَذْبَحُهُمَا بِيَدِهِ وَرَأَيْتُهُ وَاضِعًا قَدَمَهُ عَلَى صِفَاحِهِمَا قَالَ وَسَمَّى وَكَبَّرَ.

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دو خوبصورت سفید رنگ کے بڑے سینگوں والے مینڈھوں کی قربانی دی ۔ کہا :میں نے دیکھا کہ آپ انھیں اپنے ہاتھوں سے ذبح کر رہے تھے ۔ اور میں نے دیکھا آپ نے ان کے رخسار پر قدم رکھا ہوا تھا ( اور ) کہا : آپ نے اللہ کا نام لیا ( بسم اللہ پڑھی ) اور تکبیر کہی ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌) sacrificed two horned rams of white color with black markings over them. He also stated: I saw him sacrificing them with his own hand and saw him placing his foot on their sides, and recited the name of Allah and Glorified Him.
