Narrated by Abu Huraira رضی اللہ عنہ reported:

ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا, ابو عوانہ اور عبد العزیز بن محمد دونوں نے سہیل سے ، انھوں نے اپنے والد سے ، انھوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ

النص العربي

و حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَفِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ مَنْ قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ.

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا :جب تم میں سے کو ئی شخص کھڑا ہو اور ابوعوانہ کی حدیث میں ہے جب تم میں سے کو ئی شخص اپنی جگہ سے کھڑا ہو ۔ پھر اس جگہ لوٹ آئے تو وہی اس ( جگہ ) کا زیادہ حقدارہے ۔ ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌) as saying: When anyone amongst you stands up, and in the Hadith Abu 'Awina, the words are: He who stands in his place and (goes away) and then comes back to it, he his the greatest right (to occupy that).
