Narrated by It was narrated that Aishah رضی الله عنہا said:
ہم سے قتیبہ نے مالک کی سند سے، ہشام بن عروہ سے، اپنے والد سے, ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُفِّنَ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ بِيضٍ سُحُولِيَّةٍ لَيْسَ فِيهَا قَمِيصٌ وَلَا عِمَامَةٌ .
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تین سفید یمنی کپڑوں میں کفنائے گئے جن میں نہ تو قمیص تھی اور نہ عمامہ ( پگڑی ) ۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Prophet was shrouded in three white Suhuli garments, among which no shirt and no turban.
