Narrated by It was narrated that 'Imran bin Husain رضی اللہ عنہما , said:
مجھے عمرو بن عثمان نے خبر دی، کہا: ہمیں بقیہ نے حدیث بیان کی، انہوں نے ابوعمرو—یعنی الاوزاعی—سے، انہوں نے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر سے، انہوں نے محمد بن الزبیر الحنظلی سے، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے, عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ

أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَكَفَّارَتُهَا كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ .
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :معصیت ( گناہ کے کام ) میں نذر نہیں، اور اس کا کفارہ قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.'
