علی بن محمد بن علی نے مجھے خبر دی، کہا: ہمیں خلف بن تمیم نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہمیں زائدہ نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہمیں علی بن زید بن جدعان نے حسن سے بیان کیا, عبدالرحمٰن بن سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ جَدْعَانَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَلَا فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ضَعِيفٌ، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ خَطَأٌ، وَالصَّوَابُ: عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ.
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :معصیت میں کوئی نذر نہیں اور نہ ہی کسی ایسی چیز میں کوئی نذر ہے جس کا آدمی کو اختیار نہیں ۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: علی بن زید ضعیف ہیں اور اس حدیث میں غلطی ہوئی ہے اور صحیح عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما ہے اور دوسری سند سے یہ حدیث عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کی گئی ہے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Prophet ﷺ said: There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience or with regard to that which the son of Adam does not possess. Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: 'Ali bin Zaid is weak, and this Hadith is a mistake, and what is correct is: (from) 'Imran bin Husain رضی اللہ عنہما . This Hadith has been reported from 'Imran bin Husain رضی اللہ عنہما through other routes.
