Narrated by It was narrated that Jarir رضی اللہ عنہ said:
قتبہ نے ہمیں خبر دی، کہا: ہمیں حمید بن عبدالرحمن نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابواسحاق سے، اور انہوں نے الشعبی سے حدیث بیان کی, جریر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ .
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جب غلام مشرکوں کی زمین میں بھاگ کر چلا جائے تو اس کا خون حلال ہے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Messenger of Allah [ﷺ] said: 'If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood.'
