مجھے ابراہیم بن الحسن المقسمی نے خبر دی، کہا: ہم سے حجاج بن محمد نے بیان کیا، وہ حماد بن سلمہ سے، انہوں نے ابو الزبیر سے, جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ

النص العربي

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمِقْسَمِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ السِّنَّوْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْكَلْبِ إِلَّا كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ:‏‏‏‏ وَحَدِيثُ حَجَّاجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَيْسَ هُوَ بِصَحِيحٍ.

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بلی اور کتے کی قیمت لینے سے منع فرمایا، سوائے شکاری کتے کے۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن ( نسائی ) کہتے ہیں :حماد بن سلمہ سے حجاج ( حجاج بن محمد ) نے جو حدیث روایت کی ہے وہ صحیح نہیں ہے ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Prophet ﷺ forbade the price of cats and dogs, except hunting. (Da if) Abu Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa'i) said: The Hadith of Hajjaj from Hammad bin Salamah is not authentic:
