Narrated by It was narrated from Yahaya, from 'Ubaidullah who said: Nafi narrated to me from Ibn 'Umar رضی اللہ عنہ , that:
ہمیں عمرو بن علی نے خبر دی، کہا: ہمیں یحییٰ نے عبید اللہ سے روایت کیا، انہوں نے کہا: مجھے نافع نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کیا
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ، مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا، أَوْ يَكُونَ خِيَارًا .
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :خرید و فروخت کرنے والوں کو اس وقت تک اختیار رہتا ہے جب تک وہ الگ الگ نہ ہوں، یا پھر اختیار کی شرط ہو۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Messenger of Allah said: 'the two parties to a transaction both have the choice so long as they have not separated, or they have chosen.
