قتبہ نے ہمیں خبر دی، انہوں نے مالک سے، انہوں نے ابوالزناد سے، اور انہوں نے الاعرج سے روایت کیا, ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ

النص العربي

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَالِكٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَلَقَّوْا الرُّكْبَانَ لِلْبَيْعِ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ .

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :تجارتی قافلے سے ( مال ) خریدنے کے لیے باہر نکل کر نہ ملو، اور تم میں سے کوئی دوسرے کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے، نہ بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرو اور نہ شہری دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Do not go out to meet the riders, and do not urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon os as to sell him your own goods, do not artificially inflate prices, and let not a town-dweller sell for a desert-dweller.
