ہم سے محمد بن منصور نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہم سے سفیان نے، ابن جریج سے، اور انہوں نے عطاء سے روایت کیا
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَأَنْ يُبَاعَ الثَّمَرُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ، وَأَنْ لَا يُبَاعَ إِلَّا بِالدَّنَانِيرِ وَالدَّرَاهِمِ، وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا .
Urdu Translation
میں نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کو سنا۔۔۔نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع مخابرہ، مزابنہ، محاقلہ سے، اور پکنے سے پہلے پھل بیچنے سے منع فرمایا، اور پھلوں کو درہم و دینار کے سوا کسی اور چیز کے بدلے بیچنے سے منع فرمایا، اور بیع عرایا میں رخصت دی۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
I heard Jabir bin 'Abdullah رضی اللہ عنہما (narrate) from the Prophet that he forbade Mukhabarah, Muzabanah and Muhaqalah, an (he forbade) selling fruits until their condition is known, an that they should only sold for Dinars and Dirhams, but he granted a concession regarding the sale of Araya:
