قتبہ بن سعید نے ہمیں خبر دی، کہا: ہمیں سفیان نے حدیث بیان کی، انہوں نے زہری سے، انہوں نے سالم سے، اور انہوں نے اپنے والد سے
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ . وقَالَ وقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: رَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا .
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے درخت کے پھل ( کھجور ) توڑے ہوئے پھلوں ( کھجور ) سے بیچنے سے منع فرمایا۔ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں :مجھ سے زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع عرایا میں اجازت عطا فرمائی ۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Prophet forbade selling fresh dates still on the tree for dried dates. Ibn 'Umar رضی اللہ عنہ said: Azid bin Thabit رضی اللہ عنہ narrated to me, that Allah's Messenger permitted that in the case o 'Ayaya '
