حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا ٱسْتَيْـَٔسَ ٱلرُّسُلُ وَظَنُّوٓا أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ كُذِبُوا جَآءَهُمْ نَصْرُنَا فَنُجِّىَ مَن نَّشَآءُ ۖ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَأْسُنَا عَنِ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
یہاں تک کہ جب پیغمبر ناامید ہوگئے اور انہوں نے خیال کیا کہ اپنی نصرت کے بارے میں جو بات انہوں نے کہی تھی (اس میں) وہ سچے نہ نکلے تو ان کے پاس ہماری مدد آ پہنچی۔ پھر جسے ہم نے چاہا بچا دیا۔ اور ہمارا عذاب (اتر کر) گنہگار لوگوں سے پھرا نہیں کرتا
[They continued] until, when the messengers despaired and were certain that they had been denied, there came to them Our victory, and whoever We willed was saved. And Our punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals.
