مِن فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِيًا مِّنَ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ
(یعنی) فرعون سے۔ بےشک وہ سرکش (اور) حد سے نکلا ہوا تھا
From Pharaoh. Indeed, he was a haughty one among the transgressors.
