ہم سے سعید بن منصور نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبداللہ بن وہب نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے عمرو بن حارث نے خبر دی کہ ان سے دراج ابو الصام نے ابو الہیثم کی سند سے بیان کیا, ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ دَرَّاجًا أَبَا السَّمْحِ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، : أَنَّ رَجُلاً، هَاجَرَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الْيَمَنِ، فَقَالَ : " هَلْ لَكَ أَحَدٌ بِالْيَمَنِ " . قَالَ : أَبَوَاىَ . قَالَ : " أَذِنَا لَكَ " . قَالَ : لاَ . قَالَ : " ارْجِعْ إِلَيْهِمَا فَاسْتَأْذِنْهُمَا، فَإِنْ أَذِنَا لَكَ فَجَاهِدْ، وَإِلاَّ فَبِرَّهُمَا " .
Urdu Translation
ایک آدمی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس یمن سے ہجرت کر کے آیا ، آپ نے اس سے فرمایا :کیا یمن میں تمہارا کوئی ہے ؟ اس نے کہا : ہاں ، میرے ماں باپ ہیں ، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا : انہوں نے تمہیں اجازت دی ہے ؟ اس نے کہا : نہیں ، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : ان کے پاس واپس جاؤ اور اجازت لو ، اگر وہ اجازت دیں تو جہاد کرو ورنہ ان دونوں کی خدمت کرو ۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
A man came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: I came to you to take the oath of allegiance to you on emigration, and I left my parents weeping. He (the Prophet) said: Return to them and make them laugh as you made them weep.
