Narrated by Abu Hurairah رضی اللہ عنہ reported:

ہم سے احمد بن عبداللہ بن یونس نے بیان کیا، ہم سے زہیر نے بیان کیا، ہم سے سہیل بن ابی صالح نے اپنے والد سے بیان کیا, ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنَعَتْ الْعِرَاقُ قَفِيزَهَا وَدِرْهَمَهَا وَمَنَعَتْ الشَّامُ مُدْيَهَا وَدِينَارَهَا وَمَنَعَتْ مِصْرُ إِرْدَبَّهَا وَدِينَارَهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ عُدْتُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ بَدَأْتُمْ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَهَا زُهَيْرٌ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏شَهِدَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَحْمُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَدَمُهُ.

Urdu Translation

اردو

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :( ایک وقت آئے گا ) جب عراق اپنے پیمانے اور روپے روک دے گا اور شام اپنے مدوں اور اشرفیوں کو روک دے گا اور مصر اپنے اردبوں اور اشرفیوں کو روک دے گا پھر ( ایک وقت آئے گا جب ) تم ویسے ہی ہو جاؤ گے جیسے شروع میں تھے ، ( احمد بن یونس کہتے ہیں: ) زہیر نے یہ بات ( زور دینے کے لیے ) تین بار کہی اور ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے گوشت و خون ( یعنی ان کی ذات ) نے اس کی گواہی دی۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying “Irqa will prevent its measure (qafiz) and dirham. Syria will prevent its measure (mudi) and dinar. Egypt will prevent its measure (ardabb) and dinar. Then you will return to the position where you started. Zubair said this three times. The flesh and blood of Abu Hurairah رضی اللہ عنہ witnessed to it.
