Narrated by It was narrated from ('Uqbah bin 'Amir or) Samurah bin Jundub رضی اللہ عنہ that:
ہم سے یحییٰ بن حکیم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابو الولید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہمام نے قتادہ کی سند سے اور حسن کی سند سے, سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: إِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَالْبَيْعُ لِلْأَوَّلِ ، قَالَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ: إِبْطَالُ الْخَلَاصِ.
Urdu Translation
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جب مال دو آدمیوں کے ہاتھ بیچا جائے تو وہ مال اس شخص کا ہو گا جس نے پہلے خریدا ۔ ابوالولید کہتے ہیں کہ اس حدیث سے خلاصی کی شرط باطل ہوتی ہے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “If a product is sold to two men, it is for the one who was first.”
