Narrated by It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah and Miswar bin Makhrumah رضی اللہ عنہما that:
ہم سے عباس بن ولید دمشقی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے مروان بن محمد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سلیمان بن بلال نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے یحییٰ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، وہ سعید بن المسیب کی سند سے, جابر بن عبداللہ اور مسور بن مخرمہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ

حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَالْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، قَالَا: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا يَرِثُ الصَّبِيُّ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ صَارِخًا ، قَالَ: وَاسْتِهْلَالُهُ أَنْ يَبْكِيَ وَيَصِيحَ أَوْ يَعْطِسَ.
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :( ولادت کے وقت ) بچہ وارث نہیں ہو گا جب تک کہ وہ زور سے استہلال نہ کرے ۔ راوی کہتے ہیں: بچے کے استہلال کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ وہ روے یا چیخے یا چھینکے۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “No child inherits until he raises his voice or cries.”
