ہم سے قبیصہ بن عقبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے اعمش نے، ان سے ابراہیم نخعی نے، ان سے علقمہ نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه – ‏{‏لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الْكُبْرَى‏}‏ قَالَ رَأَى رَفْرَفًا أَخْضَرَ قَدْ سَدَّ الأُفُقَ‏.‏

Urdu Translation

اردو

آیت لقد رأى من آيات ربه الكبرى‏ یعنی آپ نے اپنے رب کی عظیم نشانیاں دیکھیں کے متعلق بتلایا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے رفرف ( سبز فرش ) کو دیکھا جس نے آسمان کے کناروں کو ڈھانپ لیا تھا۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

(regarding the revelation) Truly he (Muhammad) did see of the signs of his Lord; the Greatest!' (53.18) The Prophet (ﷺ) saw a green screen covering the horizon.
