حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرُّزِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَوْمَ نَقُولُ لِجَهَنَّمَ هَلْ امْتَلَأْتِ وَتَقُولُ هَلْ مِنْ مَزِيدٍ فَأَخْبَرَنَا عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا تَزَالُ جَهَنَّمُ يُلْقَى فِيهَا وَتَقُولُ هَلْ مِنْ مَزِيدٍ حَتَّى يَضَعَ رَبُّ الْعِزَّةِ فِيهَا قَدَمَهُ فَيَنْزَوِي بَعْضُهَا إِلَى بَعْضٍ وَتَقُولُ قَطْ قَطْ بِعِزَّتِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ وَلَا يَزَالُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَضْلٌ حَتَّى يُنْشِئَ اللَّهُ لَهَا خَلْقًا فَيُسْكِنَهُمْ فَضْلَ الْجَنَّةِ.

Urdu Translation

اردو

اس ( اللہ ) عزوجل کے اس فرمان؛ جس دن ہم جہنم سے کہیں کے کیا تو بھر گئی اور وہ کہے گی :کیا اور زیادہ ہے؟ کے بارے میں حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے ہمیں سعید سے خبر دی ، انھوں نے قتادہ سے ، انھوں نے حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انھوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جہنم میں مسلسل ( لوگوں کو ) ڈالا جاتا رہے گا اور ہو کہتی رہے گی : کیا اور ہے؟یہاں تک کہ رب العزت اس میں اپنا پاؤں رکھ دے گا ، تو اس کا بعض بعض کی طرف سمٹ جائے گا اور وہ کہے گی : تیری عزت اور تیرے کرم کی قسم! بس بس اور جنت میں مسلسل گنجائش رہے گی یہاں تک کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے لیے ایک خلقت پیدا کردے گا اور انھیں جنت کی بچی ہوئی جگہ میں بسا دے گا ۔

English Translation

Meaning of the narration

In connection with the words of Allah, the Exalted and the Glorious: We would say to Hell on the Day of Ressurection: Have you been completely filled up? and it would say: Is there anything -more? And he stated on the authority of Anas bin Malik رضی اللہ عنہ that Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: (The sinners) would be thrown therein and it would continue to say: Is there anything more, until Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, would keep His foot there- in and some of its part would draw close to the other and it would say: Enough, enough, by Thy Honour and by Thy Dignity, and there would be enough space in Paradise until Allah would create a new creation and He would make them accommodate that spare place in Paradise.
