ہم سے محمد بن سلمہ نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہم سے ابن القاسم نے مالک کی سند سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا: مجھ سے ابن شہاب نے حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن کی سند سے بیان کیا, ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ .
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :جس نے رمضان میں ایمان کے ساتھ ثواب کی نیت سے قیام اللیل کیا، یعنی نماز تراویح پڑھی اس کے پچھلے گناہ بخش دئیے جائیں۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: Whoever spends the nights of Ramadan n prayer (Qiyam) out of faith and in the hope of reward, he will be forgiven his previous sins. '
