ہمیں قتیبہ بن سعید نے خبر دی، کہا: ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے یحییٰ سے، وہ بشیر بن یسار سے
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ، قَالُوا: رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا . .
Urdu Translation
صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تخمینہ ( اندازہ ) لگا کر کے عاریت والی بیع کی اجازت دی۔
English Translation
Meaning of the narration
The Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted a concession allowing 'Araya sales by estimate.
